Boundary Waters Guide Service operates on behalf of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness Program located within the Superior National Forest. We are authorized to operate in Superior National Forest and the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness under U.S. Forest Service Special Uses Outfitter Guide Permit KAW6080. Boundary Waters Guide Service is a Cooperator with the USDA Forest Service under the Superior National Forest. We issue permits into the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCAW), part of the National Wilderness Preservation System.
